Jan Engberg is Professor of Knowledge Communication at the University of Aarhus, Denmark. His main areas of research interest are cognitive aspects of domain specific, especially legal discourse.

Silvia Cacchiani is research fellow in English at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. Her main research interests are in the field of in academic and professional genres.

Karin Luttermann is Professor of German Language and Linguistics at the University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. Her research focuses on communication in law, business and advertising.

Chiara Preiteis Associate Professor in French Language and Translation at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia, Italy. Her main research interests lie in the fields of legal French.
